The Pauline Dress features the cross over top (a little more modest this time, for the cold season) with 3/4 length sleeves. The pleated waistband was changed for one with straps that can be knotted at front or back.
Good news?
IF you really love the pleated waistband (I do!) you can use it with the Pauline Dress, just be careful to use the Paula skirt as well, since the Pauline skirt pattern is slightly shorter than the Paula.
